Cancellation Policy

In case of Live Stream booking, there will be no cancellation and no refund will be provided for the same. However, if the event is cancelled, full refund will be given to the customers.

In case the customers subscribe to any Membership Plans or purchase any digital content, there will be no cancellation and Customers will not be eligible for any refund. However, they can cancel the auto-renewal anytime.
Refund Policy
- A 100% refund will be provided in case Creators are not able to fulfill the requested services.
- Refunds ,if any, will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.
- There will no refund in case of tipping.

No Return Policy
As our Creators sell only Digital Content and Services, we have a no-return policy. It means once a customer has purchased a Video, Photo or any form of digital document, it cannot be returned or asked a refund for.
